Meet the chef
Executive Chef Emmitt Charles is a culinary professional with over 26 years of experience. Chef Charles was formally trained at Johnson and Wales and served as the Executive Chef at both The Mediterranean Grill and Redwood Steakhouse.
Chef Charles has spent several years traveling the country as an executive chef and consultant. The Delaware native prides himself in his versatile cooking techniques.
